  • Time for the Holidays!!!

It’s that time of year again where we spend hours upon hours planning our holiday meals looking for something new and exciting to add to our table. I just got back from Cleveland, Ohio where I taught a fun class for the Sisterhood of B’nai Jeshurun. I demonstrated “Delightful Dishes for the Holiday Season.” This class gave the members of the Sisterhood different ideas for their break fast meal as well as parve dishes that will be a nice addition to any holiday menu. I’ve posted a few of the recipes from the class including Chocolate Bread Pudding with Cinnamon Rum Sauce, Sauteed Leek and Fig Salad and Quinoa Cakes. I’ve also posted some of my holiday favorites including my Traditional Chicken Soup, Squash Apple Bake, Pomegranate Fig Stewed Chicken, Jeweled Rice, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, and Green Beans Marsala. And don’t forget - You can bring The Kosher Girl to your community for a fabulous and fun cooking demonstration. Just send me an email and we’ll set something up.
